Pre-order means that the item is not yet in stock but is available for purchase. If you have bought a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will be shipped only when the item is back in stock. You can see the expected restock date on the product page.
We cannot add or remove jewelry after you have placed your order. If your order has not been processed or packed yet, we can cancel it, and you can then place a new order with the correct items.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can either send us an email at support@wintherstudio.com with the subject "CANCEL" followed by your order, and we will do our best to assist you. If your package has already been processed and packed, we are unable to cancel the order. During busy periods (Campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), we can't guarantee that your order can be canceled.
