We cannot add or remove jewelry after you have placed your order. If your order has not been processed or packed yet, we can cancel it, and you can then place a new order with the correct items.

When you order a gift, you can enter the date the gift will be given in the gift field. The 14-day return period applies from the entered date 🎁 If you forgot to enter the date when placing the order, simply write to support@wintherstudio.com, and we will help register the gift date in our system.

Pre-order means that the item is not yet in stock but is available for purchase. If you have bought a pre-order item, please note that your entire order will only be shipped once the item is back in stock. You can see the expected delivery date of the item on the product page.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. You can either send us an email at support@wintherstudio.com with the subject "CANCEL" followed by your order, and we will do our best to assist you. If your package has already been processed and packed, we are unable to cancel the order. During busy periods (Campaigns, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.), we can't guarantee that your order can be canceled.

The delivery time is 2-5 business days, but during busy periods, there may be longer delivery times. It is usually busy around May/June and November/December. If more than 5 business days have passed or your package is not moving, please contact us at support@wintherstudio.com.

If you haven't received your order confirmation, please send an email to support@wintherstudio.com, and we will resend it to you. Don't forget to check your spam folder!

You have a two-year warranty, so if your jewelry is damaged og broken, please send us an email at support@wintherstudio.com with a picture of the damaged item and your order number. Note! The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, user errors, scratches, or jewelry that has been lost.
