Returns 🚛

If you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date you notify us. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the package arrives safely - we recommend using tracked shipping. How to return: Pack the item securely (preferably in the original packaging) and send it with delivery to a business address: Winther Studio Løven 19, 1. sal 9200 Aalborg SV. Packages sent to parcel shops will not be collected. Keep your shipping receipt as proof. For complaints, please contact support@wintherstudio.com instead of creating a return order. Gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return as quickly as possible.

When you order a gift, you can enter the date on which the gift will be given in the gift field. The 14-day return period applies from the entered date 🎁 If you forgot to enter the date when placing your order, simply write to support@wintherstudio.com, and we’ll help register the gift date in our system.
